The calculator suggests starting tax assumptions by loan type, but these do not replace the bank contract. Users can override rates. As of 2026, GİB sources list KKDF at 15% for consumer loans, 0% for commercial TRY loans and 1% for commercial FX/gold loans. Deposit withholding varies by term and currency, while leasing VAT depends on the underlying asset.
